Building AI-augmented SDLC delivery capability across every role

7 modules3 weeksCohort-basedReal artifacts, real gatesAll roles

A three-week, cohort-based program that builds the organization's capability to deliver with AI across the whole software lifecycle — not just faster coding, but a shared framework every role works within. Each role produces real AI-assisted artifacts and owns a quality gate; the method transfers across any AI tool, and what you build becomes a knowledge base that compounds with every cohort.

The Handbooks

Each module's participant handbook, rendered for reading and reference. Start with Module 1 before Week 1.

The Weekly Rhythm

Each week opens with a walkthrough, async production happens in the middle, and a quality gate closes it. Each week's signed-off output becomes the next week's input — the gate is triggered by the handoff and sign-off, not the calendar.

Two Things That Run Through Everything

The working cycle

Evaluate → Plan → Apply → Validate. The same loop at every scale — task, session, week. When something goes wrong, ask: which step was skipped?

The one rule

AI augments, humans decide. Every AI output passes human review before it moves downstream. "The AI wrote it" is not an acceptance criterion.
